We started our careers in 2014 in Dayforce shortly after it became a part of Ceridian. We have seen it growing and have been active contributors for its growth. The Co-Founders of Kandha have both been nominated and have received the prestigious "Our Way" award of Dayforce several times. In 2021, we joined the client side of Dayforce with one vision - to experience what it is like on the other side. Thanks to this unique journey, we have been a part of the inside story and know what it takes to get an approval from Senior Leadership, to transition employees to a new system, to commit to the testing and the implementation cycle while also working on your day jobs, to work closely with other teams in your organization, sending the mass emails, preparing the job aids, getting employees excited for the new change etc., This revealed a lot of blind spots that were previously unknown to us. This is where our wisdom springs from. We know the drill and we will be happy to apply our wisdom to your organization.

We review our clients’ set-up and create unique training plans based on their needs. We also create internal change management processes with your existing tools, or even with just an existing shared email set-up to create an incident management protocol that can keep you abreast of day-to-day inquiries from the operations and employees.
Yes, our support emails are regularly monitored. We will respond to emails within 24-48 hours. Our sales process is extremely simplified, you do not have to order a "minimum" number of hours to engage with us. We only charge based on hours spent resolving an issue.
