Our Commitment

We will not knowingly provide services to, purchase from, or partner with an organization that uses or knowingly benefits from these practices. This commitment applies to our own operations and to our relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other business partners.

How We Respond to Concerns

When considering a relationship, we may review credible information about an organization's labour practices and ask questions where concerns arise. Anyone acting for Kandha is expected to raise a suspected violation promptly with Kandha's leadership. We will assess credible concerns, seek relevant facts, and take appropriate action. Where involvement is substantiated, we will decline the relationship or end it, subject to steps needed to protect affected people and meet applicable obligations.

Expectations for People Working on Our Behalf

We expect people working on Kandha's behalf to work voluntarily, to be free to leave their employment in accordance with applicable law, and to retain control of their identity documents. We do not tolerate coercion, threats, debt bondage, deceptive recruitment, or the exploitation of children.
